Because the best products are created by teams that move forward together.Now, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will help us strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth, both locally and internationally.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role combining both operational execution and strategic thinking. You will work closely with the local team while collaborating with the global marketing function to ensure alignment and consistency across markets. After onboarding, you will gradually take ownership of selected marketing initiatives, driving them from planning to execution.The role sits between mid and senior level — we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, proactive in identifying opportunities, and confident enough to challenge ideas when needed. At the same time, you enjoy collaboration and know how to align stakeholders around shared goals. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and executing digital marketing strategies for B2B tech servicesPlanning and running lead generation campaigns (inbound & outbound support)Creating and overseeing high-quality content (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, case studies, thought leadership)Close cooperation with sales to support pipeline growthPlanning and executing industry events, webinars, and meetupsMonitoring KPIs and marketing performance, drawing conclusions, and improving processesMonitor competitor activities and identify market opportunitiesPrepare regular performance reports for leadershipYou will work in both English and Polish on a daily basis - internally and externally.Preferred Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills.3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in a software house, IT company, or digital agency)Solid understanding of the IT sector and B2B services marketingExperience in content creation (writing, editing, storytelling) - you can turn complex tech topics into engaging narrativesProven track record in event marketing (industry events, conferences, webinars - not only EB events)Experience in lead generation and campaign managementBasic understanding of UX/design processes in digital productsStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsExcellent English skills (C1/C2 – professional level, spoken and written)Fluent Polish (daily internal communication)Nice to HaveExperience working with international marketsFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsSEO knowledge and experience working with content strategyExperience managing a marketing budgetPrevious cooperation with sales teams in a service-based organizationWhat You’ll Find at FramnaAt Framna, we operate with a high level of trust and autonomy - we believe in ownership, not micromanagement.
