We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to build and run our digital marketing engine end to end. This role blends strategy with day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, content, website optimisation, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns. You’ll start as the main owner of the function, supported by freelancers/agencies when needed, and help shape how marketing scales as the business grows.If you’re comfortable moving fast, taking full ownership, and continuously improving what you build—this role is for you.What you’ll do:Own and drive the full digital marketing strategy, from planning to execution and optimisationGrow brand visibility, attract the right audience, and increase inbound demandBuild and scale a strong LinkedIn presence with high-quality, relevant contentCreate and manage content across LinkedIn, website, campaigns and webinarsProduce simple visuals and short-form videos using modern toolsImprove website messaging, structure and conversion performanceLead SEO initiatives to increase organic reach and long-term inbound growthLaunch and optimise webinars and paid digital campaignsTrack performance and turn data into improvements across engagement, leads and pipeline impactWork closely with leadership to align marketing with commercial prioritiesUse modern tools, automation and AI to improve speed, quality and outputManage external partners (freelancers/agencies) when neededWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience leading and executing B2B digital marketingStrong track record in content, growth, demand generation and digital channelsHands-on experience with LinkedIn, website marketing, SEO, webinars and paid campaignsStrong execution skills: you can build, write, launch, test and iterate yourselfComfortable creating basic visuals or short-form video contentExperience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (startup/high-growth)Strong understanding of modern marketing tools and workflows (incl. automation/AI)Excellent written EnglishComfortable working remotely and independentlyNice to have:Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech or financial servicesExperience marketing to banks, asset managers or fund administratorsExperience building a marketing function with limited internal resourcesExperience managing freelancers, agencies or external specialistsWhy this role mattersYou’ll have direct ownership and visible impact on our digital presence—improving market positioning, building consistent demand generation, and contributing to pipeline growth.Your first 90 days (focus areas)Create a clear digital marketing plan aligned with commercial goalsEstablish a consistent LinkedIn content and engagement cadenceImprove website messaging and key conversion journeysIdentify quick wins across SEO, content and campaignsSet up performance tracking for engagement, leads and pipeline influence
