Send CV to ([email protected])Location: Poland (Fully Remote)Contract Type: Contract / B2BWork Mode: RemoteStart: ASAP🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse business and user requirements for CMS-based digital platformsTranslate high-level requirements into clear functional requirements, epics, and user storiesLead Discovery / Inception / Solutioning phases for CMS initiativesCollaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure aligned deliverySupport Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT supportWork independently while managing deadlines in a fast-paced, international environmentAct as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams✅ Required Skills & Experience5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software / digital projectsStrong experience with CMS-based solutions (Adobe AEM or similar)Proven ability to:Break down complex requirements into epics and user storiesTranslate business needs into meaningful application requirementsExperience leading Discovery / Inception phasesStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsHands-on, self-starter mindset with strong ownershipExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)Exposure to UX and design collaboration➕ Nice to HaveExperience in enterprise digital platformsBackground in digital agencies or MarTech environmentsExperience working with international / multicultural teams
