DevOps Engineer

Maintain and evolve Kubernetes environments in Microsoft Azure (deployments, resource management, autoscaling, RBAC).
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), including versioning, rollback strategies, and change control.
Implement and maintain GitOps practices using tools such as Argo CD and Helm (declarative configuration, drift detection, repeatable deployments).
Manage edge/networking components (e.g. ingress controllers, TLS certificates, basic network policies).
Manage secrets and access controls (e.g. Vault or equivalent), applying least-privilege and security best practices.
Build and improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting), create runbooks, and participate in incident response and RCA.
Work closely with backend and data engineers to diagnose production issues and continuously improve platform reliability.
Reduce MTTR and increase deployment predictability through automation and measurement.

Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes and Docker (deployment, troubleshooting, security fundamentals).
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions or similar).
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (or other cloud), including container registry, networking, and access management.
Experience with Helm and environment-based configuration management.
Strong Linux and Git skills.
SRE mindset: observability, reliability engineering, incident reduction, measurable improvements.
Polish (C1/C2) and English (min. B2).

Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
Experience with secrets management tools (e.g. Vault) integrated with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
Experience running stateful or data-intensive workloads in Kubernetes environments.
