Your tasks

• You develop innovative power semiconductor components (Si Power MOSFETs) for future applications in automotive electronics.
• You precisely characterize power semiconductor devices and verify compliance with specifications.
• In doing so, you perform detailed analyses of manufacturing data and results from electrical production testing (including Electrical Wafer Sort).
• You coordinate and carry out development tasks while working closely with customers, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• After series release, you take over development-side product support and ensure its ongoing success.

Your profile

• Education: Completed university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Experience and know-how: In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and characterization; knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automated data analysis is an advantage; relevant experience in the development of power semiconductors is desirable​​​​​​
• Work routine: in a hybrid working model, you will meet your team members on site 3–4 days per week for personal exchange and collaboration
• Passion: strong enthusiasm for research and the continuous advancement of semiconductor technologies
• Languages: very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
