Delivery Manager

The key aspect of this role is the ownership of delivery performance - not only coordination. We're looking for an experienced professional who will proactively shape the delivery area at Vstorm.What you will do:Own the full client satisfaction cycle across active projects, including regular NPS and feedback loopsMaintain full visibility over the active project portfolio, including project health, risks, blockers, and escalation pathsOwn resource planning and allocation across commercial, internal, and R&D initiativesMatch team members to projects based on skills, timing, budget, and development potentialMaintain a rolling resource forecast and proactively identify staffing gaps or utilization risksEnsure smooth onboarding and offboarding of engineers between projectsCo-own project-level financial tracking and reportingMonitor delivery costs against budgets and identify margin risks earlySupport project profitability through better planning, team composition, and delivery efficiencyRequirements:Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar role in a software / technology environment - especially in an AI, data, or LLM-related software delivery environmentStrong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills - both internally and client-facingExperience managing multiple projects or a project portfolioStrong understanding of software delivery in IT services and consultingPractical experience in resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordinationConfidence in working with project budgets, profitability, utilization, and financial reportingExperience with tools such as Notion and Jira, or similar systemsExperience with process automation - including identifying areas that can be improved with automationsVery good English (written and spoken) - C1 is a minimum + fluent or native PolishLocation: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław - hybrid work mode in this role is a must Nice to have:Some experience with coding - including using tools like Claude CodeWhat we offer:B2B contract with competitive monthly compensation up to 25 000 PLN (rate defined individually, based on experience and impact).Hybrid work mode - 2-3 days in the office in Wrocław.Flexible working hours - we’re focused on trust, ownership, and outcomes.Up to 8000 PLN gross annual personal budget - fully yours to invest in learning, tools, conferences or anything that supports your growth and lifestyle.Access to and influence over our internal knowledge base - Vstormpedia, continuously developed and enriched by the team - knowledge that stays, evolves, and compounds inside Vstorm.Ready to apply?Here's what the process looks like:Interview with People & Operations Manager - approx. 45 min - Agnieszka will tell you more about the role and our projects and will explore your background, mindset and experience to check if we're a good fit for each other.Interview with CEO - approx. 1-1,5h - an in-depth interview with Antoni to properly evaluate your approach, skills and experience, as well as answer your questions about the role, our business goals etc.Decision - hopefully, we make you an offer and you accept it! :)PS.
