Your role as Delivery Capability Manager

As a Delivery Capability Manager, you will be the crucial link connecting production, development, engineering, and implementation teams. You ensure that our change processes, seasonal updates, new product introductions, and product ramp‑downs run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Axopar standards.

You will influence how products move through their lifecycle, support decision‑making, and secure seamless communication across stakeholders. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity, this role offers both challenge and ownership.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the Delivery Process is followed accurately.
• Define, collect, and analyse KPIs to monitor process performance.
• Propose and drive process improvements across production and implementation.
• Actively participate in process reviews, representing the production perspective.
• Serve as the operational link between implementation teams and production.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and OEM partners.
• Play a key role in feasibility assessments and approval of changes.
• Participate in new projects from design stage through prototypes to serial production.
• Participate in product ramp‑down and ensure correct execution of related processes.

• Industrial/technical education.
• Communicative level of English.
