Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding AI voice products from the ground up, including voice assistants, AI-powered call centre agents, AI-driven outbound sales agents, and moreDeveloping real-time, user-facing features powered by LLMs and deep learning modelsDelivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions that support millions of customersCollaborating across teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Ops) to integrate advanced AI in meaningful waysExperimenting and iterating on advanced voice and NLP systemsWhat you'll needProduction experience in deep learning within natural language processing and voice technologiesA bachelor's degree in a STEM major (mathematics, computer science, engineering)Excellent knowledge of data science (python, SQL) and production toolsA deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentalsBig-picture thinking to correctly diagnose problems and productionise researchExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and business headsNice to haveA master's or PhD in a quantitative disciplineExpertise with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, C++Experience at a large tech company worth >$15BSchool/university Olympiad medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programmingCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN24,900 - PLN36,600 gross monthly*Poland: PLN24,900 - PLN36,600 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
