DataOps Engineer100% REMOTE WORKB2B via ExperisB2B rate: 110-120 PLN netto+VAT/hFull-time job Responsibilities:Lead optimizations, upgrades, and maintenance activities for a Kubernetes‑based data and modeling platform.Provide support for access management and handle inquiries related to Airflow, including minor feature enhancements.Assist in the migration of data pipelines and contribute to improving data flow reliability and performance.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a DataOps Engineer or in a similar role covering most of the required skill set.Strong expertise in cloud architecture and core technologies, including Kubernetes, Airflow, and Managed Airflow.Deep knowledge of modern development tools and engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Observability, Pair Programming, TDD).Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks such as CloudFormation.Solid experience working with databases, especially Redshift.Proficiency in Python as a primary programming language.Ability to choose and apply appropriate design patterns in complex engineering environments.Demonstrated experience developing software with scalability, security, and reliability in mind.Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.Practical experience with Test‑Driven Development and a strong focus on testing practices.We offer:· B2B contract via Experis· 100% REMOTE WORK· Medicover· Multisport· E-learning platform· Group insurance
