Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. Let's get in touch.What you’ll be doingImproving existing algorithmsBuilding new PoCsDelivering data-driven solutions to enhance product performanceResearching and developing PoCs into scalable data productsCollaborating with product owners, engineers and data scientists to continually solve complex data problemsWhat you'll needExperience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisationA bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, engineering)Solid knowledge of data science tools, including Python, SQL, and production frameworksDemonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics fundamentalsThe ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accuratelyExperience productionising research into scalable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholdersNice to haveAn advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., master's or PhD)Experience with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scal, or C++Familiarity with anti-fraud functionsExperience working at a large-scale global tech companyTo have participated in Olympiad competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming at school or university levelCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN30,900 - PLN43,000 gross monthly*Poland: PLN30,900 - PLN43,000 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
