Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
▪ 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
▪ Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
▪ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
▪ Proven experience working with sales data and customer behaviour analytics.
▪ Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data engineering concepts.
▪ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

▪ Product Recommendation, build and deploy machine learning models that deliver personalized product recommendations based on secondary sales data and operator features.
▪ Churn & Lapsed operator Prediction, develop predictive models to identify operators at risk of churning or lapsing, and support re-engagement strategies.
▪ EOTM, adapt and implement models to support EOTM, including:
Product recommendations tailored to operator profiles and sales patterns.
Operator value prediction models using historical secondary sales data.
▪ Data Exploration & Feature Engineering, conduct deep-dive analysis and create robust features to enhance model accuracy and business relevance.
▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration, partner with Global & Regional Hub CX team, Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure data science solutions are aligned with market business goals and integrated into workflows.
▪ Innovation & Best Practices, stay current with the latest in data science and machine learning, and apply best practices to improve model development and deployment.
