Data Platform Transformation ManagerWe are currently looking for an experienced Data Platform Transformation Manager to join a large international transformation program focused on building a modern data & analytics ecosystem across multiple European markets.The role is part of a strategic initiative aimed at creating a unified enterprise data platform supporting operational, analytical, and regulatory processes within a large financial organization.ClientOur client is an international organization operating in the financial sector, currently undergoing a major technological transformation focused on modern big data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities.The organization operates across several European markets and is investing heavily in building a scalable, cloud-ready data ecosystem that will serve as the foundation for future data-driven initiatives.Role OverviewThe Data Platform Transformation Manager will play a key role in coordinating the implementation and rollout of a group-wide data platform across multiple countries.The position sits within the E2E Steering Tribe and focuses on ensuring that the platform is delivered consistently across markets while addressing local business and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Implementation CoordinationCoordinate the rollout of the Data Platform across multiple countries: Poland, Italy, Spain, and Romania.Ensure alignment between central architecture and local market requirements.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with the Product Owner, Chapter Leader, local teams, and external vendors.Act as a coordination point between central program leadership and local delivery teams.Program & Delivery OversightMonitor delivery progress across workstreams.Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.Governance & StandardsBuild and maintain governance structures for the data platform.Ensure compliance with enterprise standards related to security, quality, and regulatory requirements.Operational ContinuityEnsure operational stability of delivered solutions.Support the transition from implementation to operational use across markets.Required ExperienceExperience in large-scale Data Platform implementation projectsStrong understanding of Data Platform architecture and ecosystem designExperience with modern big data environments such as DatabricksFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and best practicesExperience in technology transformation programsAbility to identify and manage project risks and dependenciesKey CompetenciesStrong coordination and organizational skillsExperience working in international and multi-stakeholder environmentsAbility to align local and central teams within complex transformation initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEnglish proficiency at minimum B2+ (fluent communication required)Engagement DetailsRole: Data Platform Transformation ManagerRate: 130-150 PLN/hStart: ASAPDuration: 1–2 yearsWork model: Mostly remoteLocation: Occasional visits to the Wrocław office + potential business trips (Spain, Italy, Romania)
