Data Platform Analyst – Cloudera Backup & Stretch Cluster

BankingHybrid Model: 3 days a week working from the office in GdańskRate: up to 140 PLN/hSummary: The role involves being part of a core project team alongside the project manager to facilitate effective data management and insight generation for the bank. The primary objective is to engage with stakeholders, manage data collection and cleaning, perform exploratory data analysis, and provide business recommendations.Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to discuss available data sources.Create workshop materials and facilitate solution discussions.Support the development of cost cases and stakeholder reporting.Collect and clean data from various systems and sources.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.Create dashboards, charts, and reports for effective communication of findings.Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations.Key Requirements:In-depth knowledge of IT concepts (software, hardware, networking, security).Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.Understanding of business continuity management.Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint).Prior experience in a financial institution.Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
