Your tasks

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry & Reporting Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze company data with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into the system. • Maintain and organize databases and spreadsheets. • Generate and analyze reports using Excel. • Ensure data integrity and make corrections as necessary. • Handle confidential and sensitive data appropriately. • Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy. • Provide administrative support such as creating presentations and documents. • Communicate with other departments for data retrieval or clarification. • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data promptly. • Manage large datasets efficiently and ensure deadlines are met. • Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, capable of handling large datasets, and able to provide timely administrative and reporting support to different departments

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite). • High typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
