Data Engineer (Process Mining) | f/m/d

What you will do

• conducting technical implementation in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• translating business needs into technical specifications and develop customer-specific process mining solutions for our insurance processes
• acting as strong link between the IT experts and business owners, working closely with them to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business processes, their business goals, and the underlying data
• solving different kinds of machine learning and data challenges using Python and SQL, enabling a correct visualization and analysis of internal processes in Celonis
• leading the project in the technical phase covering project management tasks and presenting status updates to management

Requirements

• fluency in English
• university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• minimum 2 years of experience and solid knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R for data analyses and model optimization, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, SAS Viya, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, DataBricks)
• practical experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, including knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD processes
• strong analytical skills and experience in handling large amounts of data, both structured and unstructured, and in processing them
• proactive approach, and strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams, as well as experience in agile working environments

Nice to have

• good written and spoken German skills
