Data Engineer/GCP Developer

emagine is looking for a Data Engineer/GCP Developer to deliver real time data to external subscribers to one of our nordic banking clients. Start: 2026-02-01End: 2026-12-31Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) To thrive in this role, we believe you need:– Proven hands-on development in enterprise or cloud-based systems – GCP & cloud data experience– Experience working with GCP services (incl. BigQuery) and cloud-native solutions - Real-time data delivery & E2E ownership– Ability to design, build, and deliver end-to-end real-time data pipelines to external consumers– Domain knowledge in execution & post-trade– Practical understanding of financial trade lifecycle; experience with data warehouses in this domain– Infrastructure & collaboration tooling– Working knowledge of Terraform (IaC), GitLab, and CI/CD integrationsGood to have:DBT or Dataform experience – Familiarity with modern data transformation frameworks
