Data Analyst / Data Business Analyst (hybrid in Kraków)

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Data Analyst / Data Business Analyst. Your duties will include: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementLead or support development of automated data lineage solutions to improve visibility, governance, and traceability across data pipelines.Apply generative AI and other advanced analytics methods to automate workflows, extract insights, and enhance decision-making.Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new projects and enhancements.Translate high-level technical designs, data concepts, and analytical outputs into business-friendly language.Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on corrective actions.Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance and support informed decisions.Requirements that must be met:Someone with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to bridge business and technical perspectivesExperience working with dashboards, reports, or BI toolsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilitiesProactive, detail-oriented, and naturally curious mindsetVery good English and PolishWillingness to work in a hybrid systemWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
