Customer Support Specialist (German and English-speaking)

Customer Support Specialist (German and English)

Responsibilities:

• Providing customer support in German and English via phone and email
• Giving information about reservations, availability, and service rules
• Supporting customers in solving ongoing issues related to their stay
• Ensuring a positive user experience through professional and empathetic communication
• Meeting the quality and performance targets set for the team
• Actively participating in training and onboarding to reach full independence quickly
• Working with the team and supervisors to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

• Fluent German at C1 level
• Good English skills at minimum B2 level
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Good computer and office-system skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• High empathy and engagement in customer interactions
• Readiness to work in a shift system, 5 days per week
