Customer Support Associate with Greek
In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service through email, chat and phone channels to our high-profile clients, who specialize in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Your tasks:
- Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat and phone.
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.
- Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Greek.
- Intermediate level of written and verbal English.
- Available for a minimum of 130 hours per month.
- Experience in the call center or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus.
