Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and EnglishFullly remote position (Poland based)Salary: 44 PLN gross per hour, we offer an employment contract or mandate contract.Monthly salary: 7000–8000 PLN gross.Additional bonus:5500 PLN gross relocation bonus if you are moving to Poland3000 PLN gross sign in bonusThe position is based on an equivalent working time system. Foundever is looking for new employees for a project related to healthcare and medical devices supporting patients with diabetes.We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service role supporting users of medical devices and related services. The role involves assisting customers via phone and email, answering questions about products and services, and helping resolve reported issues.An ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is empathetic and has a customer-focused approach.
