Customer Support Associate with German

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate with German to join the Customer Service department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers and want to develop their career in an international fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding transactions, requests, and issues
  • Providing clear, professional, and solution-oriented customer support
  • Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Working with internal systems to manage customer cases and ensure accurate documentation
  • Following company processes and performance standards
  • Recommending appropriate products or services based on customer needs
