Customer Service Representative with Spanish

2–3 years of experience in Manufacturing Customer Service (Order Management, Order to Cash), Purchasing, or Logistics/Transport (strong plus)., Proficient in Spanish / French and conversational or fluent Polish; proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, French is considered an asset, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including assertiveness., Self-driven, proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility., Flexible and solution-oriented approach; strong problem-solving skills., Commitment to compliance with company and legal regulations., Customer-centric mindset and professional attitude., Excellent organizational and time-management skills., Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team (2–3 peers) and across departments., Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX or SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel)., additional European language (Spanish, Italian, German)
