Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Introduction

We, BAUSCH Germany GmbH, as a member of the internationally operating Bausch Advanced Technology Group, are a manufacturer of machines and systems for primary packaging in the pharmaceutical industry. Our product range covers the entire process from cleaning. Sterilization, dosing, capping and labelling of infusion bags, ampoules, syringes, vials and bottles.

In order to be able to supply our international customers and machines more quickly in an increasingly globalized world, we are looking to expand our team with a Customer Service Representative in the Customer Service department (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Responsible for order entry and processing.
• Advise and support new and existing customers.
• Coordinate order and quotation management.
• Plan service assignments for our customers worldwide.

Your profile

• Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• Experience in customer service.
• Understanding of technical processes would be beneficial
• Fluency in German and English (Preferable)
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Customer-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a structured and team-oriented manner.
• Ability to work under pressure.
