Customer Service Representative

Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination, or sales administration (preferably in a manufacturing company), Experience in preparing customs documentation, handling import and export declarations, liaising with customs authorities, and knowledge of customs systems and procedures, Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously (orders, logistics, documentation), Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), Communicative level of English (at least B1). You can engage in conversation/per email with anyone in a clear and confident manner, Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) will be an important advantage, Strong organizational skills, You can work independently, but you are also a team player, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
