Customer Service Consultant with Russian, Ukrainian & English languages

Your responsibilities:

• Answering customer requests or inquiries in Russian and Ukrainian languages,
• Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area,
• Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs,
• Delivering first-class customer experience,
• Creating a positive impression of the support team.

Our requirements:

• Excellent Russian and Ukrainian and spoken language skills (C1/C2/Native)-both mandatory,
• Good command of English (B2),
• Availability to work from the office, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
