  • Handling email inquiries related to international football competitions and sporting events.
  • Providing clear and accurate information to clients.
  • Ensuring high-quality written communication and maintaining a professional image of the company.
  • Assisting clients with questions about ticket availability, match schedules or seat allocation.

What we expect from you:

  • Availability for part-time work (approx. 20 hours per week) – this is a temporary position until the end of May.​
  • Hungarian language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level (training and systems are in English).
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliability, engagement and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to participate in a 1-day paid onboarding training onsite in Warsaw.
  • Previous experience in customer support is welcome, but not required - motivation and willingness to learn are key.
