Customer Master Data Manager

several years of experience in Master Data Management (SSC or GBS environment is an asset) and proven record of owning Customer Master Data domains;, experience in leadership of remote / globally-distributed teams;, experience in working with SAP or similar ERP systems in master data modules and prior involvement in large ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA etc.);, strong business acumen: ability to understand processes, decision trade-offs, commercial impact;, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels;, analytical mindset and familiarity with data management tools, dashboards, automation tools;, process thinking: mapping, documentation (SOPs), optimization, standardization;, experience with change management, process redesign methodologies;, University degree, preferably in Data Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar.
