Customer Love Specialist with English

Your responsibilities

• Providing professional customer support in English, Mon – Friday 10-15 or 17-22
• Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Troubleshooting and solving customer issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering helpful solutions
• Documenting and tracking customer issues in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Our requirements

• Attendance at a 5-day in-person training at the office in Wrocław
• Attendance at 2 week nesting at the office in Wrocław (at business hours)
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• Work from office 3 days/week
• Very good communication skills in Polish
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Part-time students of English Philology are welcome :)
