Ensuring close alignment between business and technical requirements during developments, ensuring deployment of global standards and ways of working.The CPI Manager is responsible for embedding a culture of continuous process improvement across all operating companies, global functions, and programs. This role leads the identification, prioritization, and realization of CPI opportunities in support of the Fund the Growth, Fuel the Profit agenda, ensuring alignment with global strategies and standards. As the owner of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology standards, the CPI Manager governs, maintains, and continuously improves the global CPI framework, driving consistent application of LSS principles. Acting as a change leader, this role fosters learning, sharing, and the reapplication of best practices to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence across the enterprise Your responsibilities would include:Embedding a culture of continuous process improvement across all operating companies, global functions, and programs.Owning and governing the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology standards, ensuring consistent application and continuous enhancement of our global CPI framework.Leading the identification, prioritization, and realization of CPI opportunities that support our Fund the Growth, Fuel the Profit agenda.Acting as a change leader, fostering a mindset of learning, sharing, and reapplication of best practices to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence.Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive transformation and measurable results.
