Cost Accountant (Cost Controller)

Education, experience and general skills, • 3+ year of professional experience in Cost Controlling role,, • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/ accounting . An engineering background is a plus, • Advanced computer skills around Excel, ERP and BI systems (SAP/IFS/ Power Bi) | Participation to ERP roll out is an asset, • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as ma, , Personal traits - role specific competences, • Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behavior throughout the organization., • Act with a strong business partner mindset and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business., • Problem solving skills – a strong analytical approach and ability to identify trends, think critically and solve problems ., • Driven by excellence with attention to detail and ability to work methodically and with focus., • Team player - the ability and willingness to develop skills and provide support to the wider finance team., • A self- starter - passionate about collaborating with others to drive continuous improvement and willing to engage with colleagues to develop practical solutions, considering cultural and geographical differences., • Innovative – Able to challenge the status quo , promote continuous improvement initiatives and support new project development., • Organized and diligent - the ability to prioritize tasks, stay on top of things and work under time pressure in a resource lean environment., • Willingness to travel (Europe ) and regular visit to manufacturing sites .
