Continuous Improvement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a team player with foundational experience in Continuous, Improvement and Lean operating systems who can facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced and ever-changing manufacturing environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal, mentoring and influencing skills., Education: 3-year degree, Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement, Foundational experience in Lean Operating Systems, Green Belt certification is nice to have but we can also help you to develop your skills and obtain it, Fluent knowledge of Polish and very good English, Coaching and communications skills, Strong leadership abilities, Professional maturity - work with all levels
