Your Tasks

• Create clear, user friendly copy for UX/UI, support content and other communication materials.
• Coordinate and continuously improve translation workflows and processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners
• Manage and maintain product content and translations, while contributing to the development of our overall communication strategy
• Support and actively participate in UX/UI testing to help enhance the user experience
• Provide second level support to internal teams, ensuring high-quality and consistent content

Your Profile

• Bachelor´s degree or higher (University, FH) in communication, linguistics or information-related fields
• Comfortable working in technical environments, with hands on experience using tools and establishing new workflows
• Experience with content and translation management systems, as well as writing for digital products (UX or technical writing is a plus)
• Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken) with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach to content and process management

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
