Consultant (Workday Integration)

Provide expert guidance on the Workday platform, supporting the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Workday-based integrations.
Prepare and lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure, test, and document Workday integrations (CC, EIB, PECI, Studio).
Support clients in optimizing their business processes and propose enhancements based on best practices.
Deliver training sessions and assist users in understanding Workday functionalities and workflows.
Work with the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Solid knowledge of Workday integrations: CC, EIB, PECI, Studio, and proficiency in XSLT transformations.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems, with a particular focus on the Workday platform.
Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills in English; additionally, knowledge of German will be considered a great asset.
Any Workday-related certifications will be seen as a great added value
