DIWG valuation GmbH offers our national and international clients differentiated consulting services as well as the know-how and expertise of our qualified and experienced real estate appraisers in the valuation of commercial and residential properties and portfolios.

Our activities focus on determining the market value and/or mortgage lending value of commercial and residential properties in Germany and abroad (e.g. office buildings, retail properties, shopping centres, logistics properties, car parks, hotel, care and other operator-owned properties, residential buildings and residential complexes).

Your responsibilities

• Independent preparation of market and mortgage value reports for residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties (nationwide)
• Property inspections
• Verification / quality control of prepared reports
• Portfolio analyses
• Further development of work processes to ensure the high quality of the reports

Your profile

• Completed degree with a background in real estate management
• Several years of experience in property valuation and ideally a certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024, such as HypZert S or F
• Team player, responsible, motivated, and customer-oriented
• Excellent IT skills (LORA, MS Office applications, etc.)
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
