Compensation & Benefits Expert

6–7 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson), Experience with HR technology or C&B systems., Experience or interest in building professional visibility through thought leadership and expert content., Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English., Strong hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation review cycles., Solid understanding of incentive plans, rewards frameworks, and benefits programs., Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets; BI tools are a plus., Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills., Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements in a global environment.
