Cloud Platform Engineer

Responsibilities:Manage and maintain an isolated cloud service portfolio, ensuring operational resilience and securityDesign and support the secure integration of restricted cloud environments with enterprise platformsMaintain and improve cloud services through configuration, service changes, and continuous service improvementsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident management for cloud infrastructure and servicesPrepare and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresSupport service transitions and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with internal standardsContribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability of cloud operationsEnsure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards in highly controlled environments Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related infrastructure rolesHands-on experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop)Experience working with Citrix environmentsStrong skills in software management, scripting, and automationExperience with device management and cloud service operationsProven experience with CAPA execution (Corrective and Preventive Actions)Strong background in technical documentation, service transition, and migration activitiesExperience supporting incident management and troubleshooting in production environmentsVery good command of English (oral and written)Nice to have:Experience working with Helix platform or related service management tools Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
