Cloud Platform / DevOps Engineer with AWS Pro Certificate

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform / DevOps Engineer to join our customer's team. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a robust self-service platform that supports the entire software development lifecycle. This position requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration and delivery processes, with a primary focus on AWS technologies.DutiesDesign and maintain a self-service platform that encompasses the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Bamboo CI, Jenkins, or equivalent solutions.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using technologies including CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Terraform, and SAM.Integrate AWS serverless and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings into platform solutions.Advocate and apply best practices for cloud resource utilization, automation processes, and platform reliability.Monitor platform performance, availability, and security to ensure operational excellence.Continuously enhance tooling and developer experience to optimize productivity and platform usability.RequirementsProven production experience in cloud platform engineering, with a strong emphasis on AWS environments.Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting languages.In-depth knowledge of AWS services and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities coupled with effective communication skills across teams.Capability to successfully complete a live coding interview as part of the assessment process.Holdings of AWS Solutions Architect and/or DevOps Professional certifications.Preferred qualifications:Experience working with large-scale, global platforms.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.OfferRemote or hybrid (we have modern office space in Warsaw or Gdansk) model.Flexible forms of collaboration: employment contract or B2B contracting.
