Chief Accountant | PLN 16 000–20 000 gross Zakres obowiązków: Your responsibilities - Full responsibility for end-to-end accounting of the company - Oversight of tax settlements: CIT, VAT, WHT, real estate tax - Preparation of financial statements, budgets and monitoring their execution - Financial reporting to the Management Board and external institutions - Active participation in optimizing and improving financial and accounting processes - Cooperation with banks, auditors and business partners - Managing a team of 5-7 people - mentoring, development and engagement building Wymagania: What we expect - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant (experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset) - University degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields - Very good command of English, used on a daily basis - Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations - Strong Excel skills - Analytical thinking and strong communication skills - Experience with ERP systems (Navision / Business Central / SAP) will be an additional advantage Oferujemy: What we offer - Stable employment directly with the employer (employment contract) - Salary range: PLN 16,000 - 20,000 gross - Real impact on shaping financial and accounting processes - Continuous professional development (accounting and tax training) - Flexible working hours - start between 7:00 and 9:00 - Friendly, partnership-based culture and a dynamic, competent team - Attractive benefits package, including: - Private medical care - Life insurance - Multisport card - Co-financing of holidays and training - Fresh fruit in the office
