🎮Gameseal.com is a leading online store offering 50,000+ digital gaming products – PC & console games, gift cards, DLCs, subscriptions and digital goods.We are expanding new product segments and partnerships worldwide.✨ We are looking for a Category & Business Development Manager to own and grow selected digital goods categories through sourcing, negotiations and direct partnerships with issuers and publishers.📌 Key categories we are developingYou will be responsible for growing one or several categories (depending on your experience), such as:Steam Gifts & AccountsCrypto Gift CardsMobile Top-UpseSIM Gift Cardse-Money CardsSoftware & AI SubscriptionsSome of these categories are already part of our portfolio, while others are in a rapid growth and scaling phase.📋 ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of selected digital goods categoriesSupplier and partner acquisition (merchants, issuers, publishers)Commercial negotiations: pricing, availability, cooperation modelsMarket and competitor monitoringSales, margin and product availability optimizationBuilding long-term partnerships with key business partnersCross-team collaboration with marketing, tech and customer support🔍 RequirementsExperience in digital goods / gaming / marketplace / e-commerceStrong sourcing and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and sales dataFluent English communicationOwnership mindset and independenceStrong relationship-building and business development skills⭐ Nice to haveProven growth/scaling of at least one of the listed categories (Steam, Crypto, eSIM, top-ups, software subscriptions)Network among issuers, publishers or digital service operatorsBusiness development / category builder mindset💼 What we offerBase salary from €2,000+ per month (depending on experience)Performance-based bonus system – top performers reach €5,000–10,000+ monthlyReal ownership and impact on strategic category growthFlexible cooperation model: employment contract or B2BFully remote workOpportunity to build new categories from scratch with global partnersEmployee discounts on games, gift cards and subscriptions
