Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using C++.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and career growth.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.

Our requirements

• Strong C++ (modern and legacy) development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows development, including: Win32 API, Windows file systems, processes, services, scheduling; DLL loading and dependency resolution.
• COM / ActiveX experience, including: COM interface implementation; Registry‑based COM activation; Type libraries, IDL, and marshalling concepts.
• Build & Tooling Expertise with: Visual Studio 2022, Migration from older Visual Studio versions (2010–2019); MSBuild and custom build scripts;CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket preferred).
• Debugging & Refactoring Skills.
