We are looking for team player to fill Business & Data Analyst position in a dynamic international project. 

• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, or reporting solutions.
• Understand and map processes across Sales, Finance, and Contract Management areas.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, Data Engineering, Development).
• Evaluate business needs in Salesforce (SFDC), finance/sales applications, and other systems to ensure alignment with data flows and reporting requirements.
• Support business stakeholders in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting expectations.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes across applications and data pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in business processes, data usage, and system functionality.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions, process improvements, and root-cause investigations.
• Validate data outputs, perform reconciliation testing, and ensure accuracy of business data.
• Participate in designing and validating data models used for business reporting.
• Support creation of Power BI dashboards by defining business rules, metrics, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on SQL queries, ETL workflows (SSIS), and integration points—focusing on functional correctness and business logic.
• Monitor data quality issues, define remediation plans, and improve data governance across business applications.
