Business Process Manager (Logistics & Carrier Management)

At least 3 years of practical experience in the courier (KEP), logistics, or transportation industry;, Deep knowledge of logistics processes specifically at the carrier level or within a large-scale marketplace environment;, Proven experience in working directly with carriers, understanding the mechanics of "last mile" and "first mile" delivery;, Strong process mapping skills, with the ability to translate complex physical operations into efficient business workflows;, "Hands-on" approach to project management - we value candidates who understand the reality of a sorting hub, not just Jira boards;, Excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and present arguments for improving the delivery experience;, Proficiency in Excel and experience with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp;, Ability to communicate freely in Polish and English (at least B2/C1 level).
