Your main responsibilities: - Optimizing and designing end-to-end logistics processes on a dedicated part of the customer journey, specifically focusing on delivery performance and carrier reliability;- Managing and improving the operational cooperation with carriers (KEP) to ensure high service quality and adherence to SLAs;- Leading cross-functional projects involving Transportation, Warehouse, and CX teams to streamline the physical flow of parcels;- Auditing and monitoring potential bottlenecks in the delivery network and react with appropriate procedures and field-tested improvement plans;- Managing the logistic claims process from an operational and systemic perspective to increase efficiency in problem-solving;- Translating logistics requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that new tools and automated solutions support real-world carrier operations;- Coordinating the implementation of new solutions into operations, including training, testing, and KPI reporting for the logistics area.We are looking for people who have: - At least 3 years of practical experience in the courier (KEP), logistics, or transportation industry;- Deep knowledge of logistics processes specifically at the carrier level or within a large-scale marketplace environment;- Proven experience in working directly with carriers, understanding the mechanics of 'last mile' and 'first mile' delivery;- Strong process mapping skills, with the ability to translate complex physical operations into efficient business workflows;- 'Hands-on' approach to project management - we value candidates who understand the reality of a sorting hub, not just Jira boards;- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and present arguments for improving the delivery experience;- Proficiency in Excel and experience with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp;- Ability to communicate freely in Polish and English (at least B2/C1 level).What we offer:- Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.- Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).- Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.- Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).- English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.- A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.- An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.- Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.And that's just the beginning!
