Business Operations Administrator with Spanish (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Ensuring orders are processed accurately and within SLA timelines Managing order backlog and prioritization Verifying purchase contracts and purchase orders Entering and managing sales orders in SAP and related systems (including RMAs and services) Coordinating with sales and support teams across EMEA to resolve order-related issues Supporting and operationalizing iTero commercial programs throughout their lifecycle Maintaining accurate customer master data in CRM and ERP systems Responding to internal inquiries (tickets, emails, phone) Preparing reports and providing data to internal stakeholders Supporting internal teams with guidance and training on processes and tools Ensuring SOPs and work instructions are up to date and followed Wymagania 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, order management, or similar roles Fluent English (written and spoken) Spanish at minimum B2 level (strong advantage) Ability to interpret purchase orders and contracts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills Understanding of commercial processes (pricing, promotions, programs) Oferujemy Stable employment in a global, fast-growing MedTech company Annual bonus based on individual and company performance Private medical care (Luxmed) MultiSport card Life insurance Social fund and additional benefits Meal subsidies Employee discounts on company products Opportunity to work in an international environment with real impact
