Opis stanowiska

This is a remote position.Profitroom- Empowering hotels directlyWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growth across Poland. The ideal candidate has a proven background in SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently develop a sales pipeline.In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence on the Polish market, establishing long-term client relationships, and delivering measurable business results. You will work closely with the Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure high-quality client experience and reinforce Profitroom’s position as a trusted technology partner for hotels.Key goals and responsibilities Build and manage your own sales pipeline and meet agreed revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Coordinate with marketing to increase brand awareness and promote the Profitroom product portfolio. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Manage sales documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, in accordance with internal and legal requirements. Support junior team members in developing their sales competencies. Requirements Proven track record in B2B or B2E sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS/Tech sector. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and hospitality technology. Ability to independently identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.Native or full professional proficiency in Polish  Valid driving licence (category B). Ability to work in a team and support others’ development. Solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
