Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the freight forwarding industry, with a demonstrable track record of success in selling Air & Sea freight solutions., In-depth understanding of Air & Sea freight operations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, global trade lanes, and key carrier relationships., Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal. You are a natural "hunter" for new business., An established and transferable book of business or a strong network of contacts is highly desirable., Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision., Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
