Working mode 

All employees can work in the office or remotely. For the employees in Poland we have space in Warsaw.  The company provides all the necessary work equipment, whether you work in the office or remotely.

Flexible working hours

You can choose when to start your 8-hour working day — anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM Kyiv time. The key is to stay connected and plan time for meetings with the team. We value freedom in planning your day while also believing that a shared rhythm helps us work more effectively.

Rest and Recovery
You will have 24 working days of paid annual leave plus 6 additional recharge days. We also provide 20 paid sick leave days and 4 days without medical confirmation — so you can take time to recover when needed. In addition, you will have 6 fixed extra days off for public holidays.
