Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, media, PR-tech, marketing technology, or other data-driven services., Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and internal teams., Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills – you’re curious, attentive, and able to uncover client needs while building trust and long-term partnerships., A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a remote or distributed environment., A value-first approach to sales, focusing on helping clients solve real problems rather than pushing a product.
