With post-pandemic tailwinds and a rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape, visual commerce is scaling fast, and so are we.Key Responsibilities:Lead generation and prospecting mainly through industry eventsQualifying leads - assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their fit with the company’s offeringsSetting appointments - scheduling follow-up meetings with leads to further discuss opportunitiesDemonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstrations to meet prospect requirementsReporting on sales activity and forecast in HubspotManaging fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environmentRequirements:High energy and a positive attitudeExcellent follow-up skills and professionalismExcellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively1-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales as an individual contributorProven record of sales success Hands-on sales style, including initial demonstrations of the productMust be able to thrive and adapt to change Basic understanding of the e-commerce industryProactive lead management and prospectingTravel for the role is expected; approximately 20% or as business demandsAbout You:You work well under pressure and are driven to meet goalsYou have a knack for building solid relationships quickly and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholdersYou appreciate the importance of visual quality and user experienceRemuneration and Benefits:Competitive salary of 9,000-12,000 PLN, depending on experienceAdditional remuneration through an excellent commission structure Stock options for top performers Flexible working hoursFree English classesOffice BreakfastsIntegration eventsThe successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Warsaw office and should be present in the office 3 days a week.
