You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to analyse, design, and deliver strategic change initiatives.Analyse business strategies, processes, services, and information flows to identify improvement opportunitiesConduct feasibility assessments and develop both high-level and detailed business models with supporting documentationProduce comprehensive specifications and support the design, development, and implementation of solutionsEvaluate organisational and stakeholder impacts of change initiatives and provide structured support throughout deliveryIdentify opportunities where technology can enable business objectives and contribute to strategic planning and business casesCollaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive process and organisational transformationCoordinate input from subject matter experts and cross-functional specialists across joint initiativesRequirements:Minimum 7+ years’ professional experience in a similar role Strong understanding and application of best-practice methodologies and frameworksProven experience working with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong documentation, reporting, and specification-writing capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple competing prioritiesExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAdaptability, flexibility, and a proactive mindsetSelf-motivation with the ability to work independentlyExceptional attention to detailSo, are you ready to join our team?It’s important to remember, Emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
